My trials have been 20 yrs of no drugs for allergy/sinus issues. One never knows until they try...and there are many links on the allergy/sinus connection with the "grape".....and pine bark as from Pycnogenol. And from resveratrol from the "grape"....keep working on feeling better.

Grape Seed extract seems like a really wonderful supplement. When I'm looking at supplements to consider, I'll often just google "contraindications" for use of "whatever."

Here is an example for,Grape Seed Extract: http://www.webmd.com/vitamins-supple...tract%20(grape

I have used Oil of Oregano tablets with great success for upper respitory problems and prevention of problems. I'm a big believer in the efficacy of these type of products.

Good link and tells all pros and cons. I can still remember the day at the lecture in Aug 1995 and the people with me, those presenting and hearing "it may prevent cancer" was WHY I got on pynogenol first year, then on to grape seed ex. To not buy allergy/sinus drugs, what a RELIEF.

Hi Caroline
Sad to say it's no coincidence those ad's for grapeseed, pycnogenol & resveratrol 'pop up' - they appear on your screen because the advertisers have been using 'cookies' to track your browsing history and then link ads to your computer.

Annoying I know - especially when they pop up in the middle of a page you're trying to read.

Bluesfan, it's not that it was annoying, what I was alluding to was grape seed ex and cancer prevention. Back in Aug 1995, at a lecture, the main reason I got on Pycnogenol and then grape seed extract down the road, we were told these may prevent cancer.

For me in less than a week, my allergy/sinus issues were about cured. On the cancer issue, so far so good. So few know about the numerous value of these OPC's....so few even know these OPC's exist.
