Thank you for this update Lara. I could hardly believe some of the mean comments...

I read a few myself, but stopped.

My son has Aspergers diagnosis. He's been misunderstood all his life. People think he's arrogant or standoffish. People think he's "insane". People think all manner of things that aren't correct. If only they knew!

It's totally unfair and it's horrible, but to have such a need for care as this woman Minna does, well, it's been despicable and it continues to make me cry for her, for my son and for all the others living in the shadows.

I wish I could live for 100 years more to help in my own small way to correct all the misinformation that is out there in the world.

Sadly, it's not to be, but I will try for as long as I can.

She has needs from her illness. Her demeanour should not get in the way of care ever. What were they thinking?!

Default Minna continues on

Minna is currently living in Baldwin Ontario, and she stills suffers from similar plight. Thank god she is still alive, but her conditions are dismal (especially in the winter -- she is all alone) and she needs better nursing care!
