Default ALS Treatment in Costa Rica

I am a caregiver for my sister who has ALS. She was diagnosed June 2014. She started with bulbar and will soon have a machine to talk for her. May have a feeding tube in January 2015. I am treating her to a trip to Costa Rica in February 2015. Can someone let me know the medical opportunities for ALS patients in Costa Rica?
