Flashes of colors
dancing in the breeze
subtle memories
of days gone by

Fall meant colorful leaves
warm sweaters
life sparkling in the fireplace

A branch in our path
breaks the silence
to reveal palm trees
swaying gently in the wind

For a moment we had it all
those colorful leaves of the Fall.
