Default Dial up

Hello,
As I have stated in other post I'm stuck with dialup and would like to know if anyone goes to the library (library has dsl) and copies large downloads to a cd and installs it at home. Thanks

I never thought of that.
I guess you could call the library and ask or go online and email your local library with that question.
It might even say on the website.

It might work differently where you live, but we get one hour free internet usage at the library each time we want access. I had to pay $1 per hour at a library some years ago, but that was in a different state.

I don't know if you can only have one hour, or whether you're restricted to once daily, but I did go in most days when my own computer was down. I'd always phone before I went in though, and book "my hour".

May I suggest that you either phone them, or else check their website to see what options you have available.
