Cool Books and Websites...Helping Children Understand

Along with the thread entitled, "My Grandpa Has Parkinson's"
http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/sh...ad.php?t=11012
there are other places to visit and reading for children.

APDA Young Parkinson's Information and Referral Center
http://www.youngparkinsons.org/pages.../siteindex.htm
Click "PD and Other", then "Kid's World"
A place for kids to express themselves.
Also, see "My Mommy has PD, but it's OKay!"

(You may be able to obtain this book with "Daddy", etc. Contact APDA YP for this information.

Please add to this thread any books or children websites that you are aware of.

Hugs and Thanks,
