Barbo, if you were able to type your message then it looks like whatever glitch you were experiencing, must have corrected itself.

Please let me know if you have any further problems.

It did correct itself - but not until I asked for help. I hate my password - it is eight numbers and I'll never memorize them - mainly because I won't try! Thanks for your help.

hi Barbo

I guess as Kola says your password problem must have been a temporary glitch as you have now managed to log on. We didnt do anything here so I am thinking perhaps it may have been related to the scan/cookies being cleared etc

glad it is fixed now

If you would like to have a new and easier password to remember you can PM a new one to me and I will change your password for you...it doesnt have to have numbers in it...a word you will remember is fine

Chemar, thanks so much for this helpful post. Now I know that if I get "locked out" due to bumbling (is that a word?!), then you can help me regain access with a new password!

Barbo, I began using a password that has both letters and numbers -- maybe this will work for you. It can be any combination of your initials, birth date, children's initials or birth dates, etc. Make it an easy combination of loved one's initials and significant dates.

Hope this helped. If not, I'm lost as well--LOL!

hugs,
reyn

Hi Reyn

yes I can change passwords for anyone who needs it

also, if ever you are unable to log on,and therefore not able to PM me, use the CONTACT US button on the bottom of the page and send a message that way. It comes straight to my email box and I will be able to help

Would you believe that I have never sent a PM? Alffe has tried to tell me - I'm a klutz! I'll try.

barbo, you are so sweet! At one time, there didn't seem to be any limits to my ability to understand and execute. Now, with quite a few years under by belt, I'm finding it a bit more difficult to navigate the World Wide Web and learn how to use current technology. I'm ever so thankful when someone will share with me their telephone number--that is a method of communication that I'm still capable of using and that doesn't require more than punching in 10 numbers (is that because I can use my 10 fingers?) and allows me to talk with someone in "real" time!

hugs,
reyn
