Well my sons father just got his letter that he was approved! FINALLY He told me that the letter said he would shortly get a letter about how much backpay and such he would get i guess the tally of everything and i should be getting my sons letter soon THANK GOD!

Congrats, I think you were telling us that your x owes child backpay. It may be none of my business, but make sure you get that before all the money is gone. Clear it with the courts because he could go to jail, and if that happens he may not get his benefits in jail. Good luck to you in the future.
