Wow! I've been waiting years to see what she would come up with. I think she comes up with some of the most awesome recipes ever and so am happy that she's paying attention now, to gs.

However, I wish she'd used something besides just bean flours... a bit disappointed there as so many of us have issues with beans... Also, bean flour is the least problematic to deal with... it gives the 'fluff' that the other, more challenging flours don't. However, I'm sure this was her first attempt, so I look forward to seeing what else she comes up with in the future.
