Default got pain

i had surgery ten years ago they fused the bottom of my back . i still have six screws and two rods in me. Im still working construction but i am broke off every night and it has been like this for years. i was told that i could have the metal taken out after a year when the fusion heald but icant afford to take time off especially if the surgery outcome is the same. has anybody had success with the pain. I know im not supposed to do the work that i do but its all i know and familys got to eat
