Default Alternative Medicine Review - wonderful resource

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/en...20Med%20Rev%22[Journal]

The AMR is the best thing since coarse ground whole grain bread and is a great merging of alternative and mainstream medicine. The link will take you to PubMed roster of 440 top quality articles, almost all of them as free full text.

If you are into serious research, I suggest that you save the entire list using the "Abstracts (Text)" display option. You will have to do it in three parts due to the 200 item limit, but paste them back together and you will have one heck of a searchable reference file.

A few titles:
1: Krill oil. Monograph. Altern Med Rev. 2010 Apr;15(1):84-6. Review. PubMed
PMID: 20359272.

2: Acetyl-L-carnitine. Monograph. Altern Med Rev. 2010 Apr;15(1):76-83. Review.
PubMed PMID: 20359271.

15: Patrick L. Thyroid disruption: mechanism and clinical implications in human
health. Altern Med Rev. 2009 Dec;14(4):326-46. Review. Erratum in: Altern Med
Rev. 2010 Apr;15(1):58. PubMed PMID: 20030460.

16: Miller AL. Liver damage from chronic acetaminophen dosing is dangerous, but
not the only risk. Altern Med Rev. 2009 Dec;14(4):322-3. PubMed PMID: 20030459.

22: Kidd PM. Bioavailability and activity of phytosome complexes from botanical
polyphenols: the silymarin, curcumin, green tea, and grape seed extracts. Altern
Med Rev. 2009 Sep;14(3):226-46. Review. PubMed PMID: 19803548.

28: Jurenka JS. Anti-inflammatory properties of curcumin, a major constituent of
Curcuma longa: a review of preclinical and clinical research. Altern Med Rev.
2009 Jun;14(2):141-53. Review. Erratum in: Altern Med Rev. 2009 Sep;14(3):277.
PubMed PMID: 19594223.

29: Head KA, Kelly GS. Nutrients and botanicals for treatment of stress: adrenal
fatigue, neurotransmitter imbalance, anxiety, and restless sleep. Altern Med Rev.
2009 Jun;14(2):114-40. Review. PubMed PMID: 19594222.

You get the idea. And while the titles may sound intimidating, most of it is written at the "Time Magazine" level and is quite readable.
