Default how unhealthy is fat?

i thought i read that people slightly overweight can survive a heart atack moreso -or did i read that?

ever known any thin people who died young?

im 5 9 inch 190 pounds

i think i look 170 i dont even know if i need to lose weight

Thin people can die young, too. It all depends on the cause, of course. I have read that overweight people are more susceptible to cancer and of course heart disease, but there are a number of variables in both situations.

my husband is 5'9" and his weight will vary from 170 to 200- but he is large boned and it is equally spred over his frame.
