Default WPC World Parkinson Pledge

http://www.parkinsonspledge.org/

I hope that anyone who has PD or anyone who cares for or even knows a PwP will sign this pledge. There are surprisingly few names on it currently but that can and should change.

I don't know if this kind of thing actually changes anything, but we won't know until we give it a shot.
