Rise and shine, for its wake up in the morning time! I am an earily rising person, no matter what time I go to bed. I'm going to have to get Gaye trained before she comes up or CHANGE myself! WE talked 3 hours last night. I thought I was going to have to pry the phone out of my ear.

Praise the Lord, we are getting some warm weather after all. It got up to 45 yesterday and will be close to that today. This weekend rain tho. We still have snow, ice, and slush! It is slippery out there now, than it has been.

So hows the "D" going. I hope to make some progress today. I must loose before Gaye comes. I don't want her to see a short fatty person. I am going to try to keep busy today.

Hey girls, my treadmill is broken! It won't even hum. I don't know who to get to look at it. One thing for sure, I didn't break it, by using it to much!

Good morning,could not sleep last night because I spoke too soon about the headache. Its back although not as bad just enough to keep me awake.

Billie, I thought I would beat you to roll call. It is 6 am here and I have been up since 4:19. I tossed and turned till 5:30 and finally gave up. Glad to hear your weather is finally warming up. My treadmill is broken too and it is not from over use I had 2 13 yr olds playing on mine and now it goes one speed---too fast!!

I will weigh in here shortly and hope for good news, if not I won't be back here today as I will be under the bed hiding my face in shame...make room for me Gaye ...Sue

Morning all! Sorry I haven't been online. Todd has been home and as you all know, if Todd's home....no computer for me! Its just the way the computer is set up and where he lays on the couch. So I have to wait until he's sleeping or at work to come here.
Doing well on the "D" so far. No need to have a pint of ice cream yet! I am also working on the exercise part using the Denise Austin book that uses stability balls and strengthening bands to work out. Just 12 exercises a day and that is it. So far today was the worst but I am sure when I get in better shape it will get better.
Well that is the update for today!

Billie, just yell my name and i'll jump out of bed...well I will actually roll over slowly groan (with my back) and get up and be ready to go ---go---go! LOL
I don't think ya got to worry about your weight, you see it's like this: you're friend and sis, is gaining and not losing and I am 5'7" which is very short in my family. Now if I was 6' tall like my daughters my weight would not be as bad. Maybe could lose about 45 lbs and look OK.


OH Sue, I will vaccum under my bed and if you have too, you can sure join me. We'll take a box of cookies and some diet sodas with us! LOL
Do you have any thing to take for the headaches?

Hey Gaye, did you go to goodwill yet? That should cheer you up for a high, for the day. What did you get?

Sue was you able to go also? Thoses headaches can get bad. I used to have them when I went threw the change. If my mom haden't told I'd grow out of them, I would have went nuts by now. You know, she was right! I did quit having them, and hardly ever have one anymore. You see, there is hope for you too! Just hang in there, Sue. I'll say a prayer for you.

GUESS WHAT EVERYONE! JAN AND I, AKA "BIG SIS & LITTLE SIS" ARE GOING TO MEET IN PERSON IN MAY! Since I am from Minnesota, I'm taking a trip home to see the family and that includes Jan! I'm so excited!

So now we will have Bille and Gaye meeting and Jan and I. Shows what a close knit group we really are.

BTW - Jan says "hello" to all. She is just really busy right now.

I'm late signing in but did finally get my big butt back to Curves...two days in a row! THE SUN IS OUT AND IT'S 42 DEGREES!!!!! Feels wonderful!!

We didn't have sun, but it was warm. I took my two cats to be nuetered this afternoon. I hope they are ok. I just couldn't put it off any longer. Even if I have to bring them inside a day or two. They think they are in Heaven when I let them in. I need to take a pictre of them for I don't have any yet.

Gaye, I think you better go to Goodwill soon. I may go tomorrow too. I sure done good Monday. If I could only get a small baby crib in good shape. I have made a place for it. I may check the paper out there also.

Oh Alffe, someday it will be Spring! If only it would come soon. It has been slicker than a gut outside with the ice melting. It has created a fog, you wouldn't believe.

Nancy I am so glad you are going to meet Jan. I've been fortunate to meet several people from these forums and have made some lifelong friendships.
Only one disappointment but we won't dwell on the negative.

I'm trying to be a positive thinking....influenced by the secret.
