Default Cannot "Send Doc as Attachment and as ordinary" in Word 2003

Kind daypart, I have a problem, it consists here in what. When I try to send reporting from Word as by an attachment and as ordinary, appearing form of master of tuning Outlook, everywhere by default MS Outlook 2003 stands the postal program, with Outlook problems are not present he is adjusted and works parallell, and it is on this account necessary to copy content of document permanent and to insert in a letter in Outlook...
If someone clashed or knows how to decide a problem, prompt me...TIA!!!
