Good morning, Good Mrning~What a wonderful day to be alive! Its the ending of the week and I get to have my hair done today. Another one of those days I look forward to. My hair begans to have that fuzzy look so its nice to get it styled agan.

I don't remember seeing any one post that they lost any weight this week. Does this mean we are all enjoying our pleasure food? I know I sure do. I need to go on Weight Watchers and I just haven't done it. I really enjoy eatng, for sure. I am going to weigh in a little bit a but I eat pie yesterday so you know what that does.

Good morning....Had a huge bowl of popcorn last night while watching a movie. A patch of dirt has appeared over the septic system...wish it were grass but at least it isn't snow.

We're taking the So.Shore train into Chicago to see a Josh Groban concert and just play for a couple of days.

My weight stays consistant....no matter what I eat or don't eat..exercise or not...maybe I should just get over it and beeeee. *grin

Well Billie, you said you wanted some updates on people's weight loss so I just weighed myself. From a whopping 195 I am down to 191.5!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe I am finally doing it! I am exercising to the best of my ability with my walking and my book by Denise Austin "Sculpt your body with balls and bands" and watching what I eat and I can't believe it is working!!!!!
So YE-HAW! I hope you are all having such good results too.
With my panic attacks I hope they will calm down soon. I found that I have to take my Valium with food or else I get all jittery. But over all I feel better and had a better nights sleep.

Thank God It's "Friday"!!! Although I'm medically retired, I still get excited for Fridays and, on the other side, get nervous on Sunday nites. Heck, I still get excited in the Fall when school starts!

Spring is feeling closer at least here anyway.
I might be able to get serious about some kind of D & E as the weather warms up and I get outside more.

Had a little dust of wet snow but clear skies now 30s- 40s temps.

I did make it back to Goodwill at noon today and got two dolls. One sweet baby and a Cinderella Doll that talks. Then got a small end table & a folding chair. I'm getting ready to have a large croud of people. Maybe, its you all !Thats all I got there. Then went on to get solar lights. I have always wanted some. I hope they work. Also got my second memory topper for second bed. I am tired now. Come home, and an older farm neighbor wanted me to come and get her, so she could get groceries. I wanted a nap, but done my good deed for the day.

I got a picture of some painted cats that I thought you might like to see one. I sent the e mail of a bunch of them & this was one. I think they are so cute.
