Good Moning, Hows everyone today? Wendy, we are wondering whats happen to you? WE miss you!

I hope everyone has a good day. Somehow I gotta sneek out of this house so Bear don't see me leave or maybe I'll dope him with a pill the vet gave him. He cries when he can't go everywhere with me. I can't take him to work so thats the best thing I know to do. When the weather gets warmer, I plan to keep him tied outside more.

I weighed this morning and I am the same again. I got into the ice cream I bought 2 weeks ago, last night. Just had to get rid of it.

Sorry I am here! Just laying low this week. The weather is really making me feel very old, creaky and very FMie this week, especially the last couple of days. Ick, winter weather. I have been on new medication the last couple of weeks too which doesn't help too much either.
So basically I am adjusting to stuff.
Today I get my new comforter set and new sheets from Linens N' Things!!! I bought it online and got the notice that the post office has it. So today I am going to pick it all up and go to the laundry and wash the sheets along with my other laundry. The idea of washing the comforter is a no go...the darn thing is too big!!!
Today we are going to have temps in the 50s and if after having the royal mess of snow, sleet and rain from yesterday doesn't affect those with chronic illnesses, then you are lucky!!! Ah, the life of a CPer!
I cheated a little (okay tons) on my "D" this week. I gotta get back into the swing of things 'cause I was baaaaad! I ate a whole bag of Chicken Parm with Penne from Bertolli! You know, the ones that come in the freezer? I ate the whooooole thing. Todd wasn't home and didn't know...still doesn't so don't tell 'kay? Anyway, its back on the wagon for me.

Wendy, Im glad you are still hanging in there. I hadn't seen you on CP either. I know what you mean about the weather. We got snow last night. I want summer again, so I can complain about the heat.

I did mean to tell you, Gaye may not get to come in till next week sometime. They are switching internet companies and it may take a few days. She wasn't at her best when she called the other night, but wanted me to tell you why she may not get to come in.

Billie, thanks for getting the thread started. I hope your weather turns to Spring soon like mine has seemed to do.

Wendy, enjoy your comforter. Also, the laundry mats use to have extra big washers for such things as comforters. Getting it dry cleaned would cost an arm and a leg.

Bizi, I am having a great day here also. Too bad I don't have stuff to do yard work with.

Well, I did it. I overdid it. I overdood it. I just about killed myself (kidding) but last night's pain was like a volcano spewing from my toes over my feet. Then, I froze my baby toe on the ice bag and that was a pain of its own. I was up most of the night, just catching 15-20 min. catnaps as the pain was roaring. It finally subsided at 4:00 a.m.

We've had Mike's brother-in-law down all week to play golf, he's a wonderful guest but I cooked more that I would normally and that kept me on my feet each evening for 2-3 hrs. Finally last night they had enough.

Now that I've said all that, I prefer Gouda cheese with my whine, a dry red, please

I'm sorry to hear about your pain keeping you up. I was on my feet a lot today which is a no no for me without gradually working my way up to it. I bought tools to start a flower garden today.

I didn't get tired on my feet like I usully do, so Bear and I went shopping. It has snowed all day, sometimes hard. It hasn't amounted to much, but golly gee whiz, I want some nicer weather. Its 30 degrees colder than it was 2 days ago. We haven't had a white out like Alffe, but I don't like it anyway. I may just up and go see Gaye. She was telling me how hot it is there! I'm thinking about it.

We went to are favorite store again. I did ok there, no dolls tho. Where I worked, we had a sale on everything today. It was all half price. so I drug home a bunch of stuff. Now I gotta get rid of something, I have plenty of. In a trailor you just can't keep all you want to. I am lucky enough to have a nice big garage to store things in.

I may call Gaye tonight and see how she is. Talk later.

hi billie,

i got to try out my anti-lock brakes today when someone pulled out right in front of me. i was shaking in my shoes all the way to the nursing home. my friend at the nursing home was at a party and i had cake. whipped cream inbetween the layers and icing on the top. it was sinfully good. there were also cookies but i did control myself and not have any. i brought the cake home because my friend didn't want it and i didn't want to waste it and it did look good.

befuddled2, you make me hungry! I am eating an apple, but I buy chips and eat them coming home from the store. I am washing clothes. I'm so glad I don't have to go out and do that job. I wash at the most ungodly hours. Usully at bedtime. I think I will call Gaye and see what she is uo too. OH, I did plant tomatoes seeds tonight. I am expecting a big crop. I just love to garden. Can't hardly wait to get in the flower beds.
