Arrow Low Carb diets recommended for cats:

Our Vet has posted this article on their FB page.

When I took Weez there for her spay, they explained it to me also.

.

They don't recommend kibble as a main food source for cats.
Only wet food with high protein content.

Carbs may lead to intestinal inflammation or pancreatic disease in cats.

Default I read, then re-read this? And...

Honestly it makes a whole bunch of sense.
But? When you've a cat that WANTS? It can be hard on the furniture? Especially the antiques.... Somehow, gnawing on a 'claw' of a claw-foot table? Isn't ideal....
Makes one resort to Chinese Chili Oil... gnaw on that? Not likely again..one can hope.
Not to mention the cats that find wool to chomp on! I've heard that having 'silk' in the weave does inhibit them tho.. And, I've found it so.
Go figure?
Hugs to all - j
