In conjunction with the thread of the woman seeking info about her husband's troubles with getting his DBS straightened out, I just did a forum search only to find zero hits. Since that is obviously incorrect, I assume that there is a problem with the short, three letter search term. Unfortunately, that is a very important acronym and I wondered if it can be manually inserted in some way? Thanks.

Born in 1953, 1st symptoms and misdiagnosed as essential tremor in 1992. Dx with PD in 2000. Currently (2011) taking 200/50 Sinemet CR 8 times a day + 10/100 Sinemet 3 times a day. Functional 90% of waking day but fragile. Failure at exercise but still trying. Constantly experimenting. Beta blocker and ACE inhibitor at present. Currently (01/2013) taking ldopa/carbadopa 200/50 CR six times a day + 10/100 form 3 times daily. Functional 90% of day. Update 04/2013: L/C 200/50 8x; Beta Blocker; ACE Inhib; Ginger; Turmeric; Creatine; Magnesium; Potassium. Doing well. |

Someone will get an answer about this shortly. I think it will have to go to DocJohn, and I have started that process.

I am, pretty sure that the software requires at least 4 characters for search but DocJohn would be the one to ask on this. It is a vBulletin thing and may not be something that we have any control over
*just edited my reply as it is 10 characters to make a post and 4 characters for the search We have alerted Doc to this problem so if there is a fix, rest assured he will implement it
