Default Data on fermented papaya

Go Aunt Bean! I started a new thread for this to be sure everyone could see how this fermented papaya may work, this article, dated 1998 (sigh):

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/9635126

and from a thalassemia forum (quoting more data):

http://www.thalassemiapatientsandfri...p?topic=2020.0

It looks like there are several different methods of fermenting papaya, we are currently trying the Aunt Bean method, thanks!

BTW, you can really puree this stuff SMOOTH using a vitamix or other blender, I discovered.
