I have been looking for information about the benefits of exercise for PWP. An interesting article but seems to indicate that exercise is only beneficial to cognitive function for those not on medication. I am on medication but feel although it may not help cognitively I will give me a feeling of wellbeing and help keep my body supple and promote core strength,(I hope). still haven't decided what sort of exercise though!
