Many forms of exercise seem to have excellent results with PwPs. I wonder if the community aspect of group exercise makes it more effective cognitively as well as physically.

As we're training for climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro, we're alternating cycling and climbing. Having specific goals to meet each day is really helpful. As my body gets stronger, I'm finding that I can remember more and my cramps lessen. My tremor is the same except when I use yoga.

Yes .. I believe that to sustain exercise daily, it should be enjoyable. For me, the best hours of the day are when I exercise while listening to music or doing wii sport.
