It is suppose to get up to 66 degrees today. I can't believe it. Of'course it is going to rain this evening. I have already been picking up sticks at daylight, since it is trash day. Need to do a lot of that. Such a good exercise too!

This is my hair appointment day, may get some cut off. It is shaggy for a short hair cut. I just been waiting for warm weather.

Well I am feeling much better today, finally. I guess this whole time it was my hormones all in flux. Now it feels like I have a hangover. I was a little lax on the "D" this last couple of weeks because of the stress but today is a brand new day and I have started fresh with the food thing.

Hi Yall, Went to doc today, the're gonna do testing to find out what is going on. Insurance company called to talk to me...got hubby ..said they heard I hit my head! Gooofy stupo insurance company. I didn't hit my head...think they hit theirs! LOL Never turned in a claim, never had a ticket...been driving since I was 17 yrs old...go figure.

Hi Billie, found the rest of my rollers that the air-bag knocked out of my hair today. Took dolls & stuffed animals to the nursing home . Didn't drive of course had a chaufer (s?).

I seem to forget just what a "d" is. LOL Were gonnal make it and be slim yet. Now where in the world did I put that plan of eating?

Hi befuddled, takes docs so long to call doesn't it. UGH. Hang in there and please don't eat what I did tonight. Wont say what it was, might make somebody else want to eat it.

Word to the wise...if ya got baby fine hair that isn't long enough for the hot rollers to stay in good...don't drive wearing them...they will fly out of your hair if ya wreck! LOL Rollers, rollers everywhere...but not on my head. froggie

Hi gang, in the middle of cooking dinner, it is sort of good and lots of veggies. Iam trying to make the veggies the biggest part of the meal and the meat and starches the smaller part. I like veggies so I am ok with that.

Gaye, glad to hear you are ok. Funny about the rollers though. Be careful still. How is the bruise on your chest? You scared us here ya know, I still have anxiety about car crashes so I tend to overreact. Still working on that because I was getting to where I would get so anxious over driving that I avoided it.

I worked in the yard today, then went with Pastor & wife to a church meeting tonight. Its been a good day for me to get exercise. I picked up many sticks, leaves and these balls that grow on a Gum tree. They are stickery to mess with. I wish I could saw for I would sure cut these trees down. I have two that make a mess. I should get skinney trying to keep the yard decent this year. Then one of my cats went up a neighbors tree and I ended up calling my pastor to come and get him out. He had been in the tree for 4 or 5 hours.

Gaye, I am glad you got to go to the nursing home. I hope the one woman was thrilled with her new doll. You went to a lot of trouble for her. I bet that doll was sweet looking with a special dress & bonnet. God will bless you for the good things you are doing for these people. As most of you know, I used to sing for those in the Alutzhiemer's unit. I know I have it spelled wrong, but you know what I mean. Did you know that most don't know their family, but can remember a song? I sang the songs that they liked to hear too. I truly was blessed just to see them happy.

I hope everything comes out ok Gaye. It would be nice to know what happen tho, so you could avoid it again, and also treat it.

befuddled2~ Hope you have a better day tomorrow. I hope I don't pay for what I did today. I'm getting a seal put in my window in the morning. Have to leave the car with them for 4 hours. Then I think I'll go someplace.
