She's adorable! Parrots are so smart. A friend of mine had one (his name was Radar) and I'd forget I was talking to a bird and not a human sometimes!

Oh, I bet they are fun! I had parakeets when I was growing up eons ago. They talked up a storm too. Even imitated my Dad's cough, and squeaking doors!

I had parakeets growing up, too! I remember Julio.....he was a mess. My Dad had an office at home and every time he'd get on the phone Julio would start with his noises.

Dad used to say he was afraid his clients would think he worked out of a pet shop!

After Julio passed away we got a male and female together. Sam and Suzie. Poor Sam was literally "henpecked" by Suzie. She was a grouchy girl!
