Default Lawyer in AZ?

I've been denied twice now and thought I'd try a lawyer the next go around. Does anyone have a lawyer they can recommend in AZ for SSDI? Thanks in advance.

Check your local Yellow Pages. Make sure the attorney deals ONLY w/SSDI cases.

Good luck!

Dear Nancy,
A very well known and published lawyer resides in Scottsdale AZ. He can take a case anywhere in AZ. His name is Scott Davis.. He specializes only in disability and SSDI cases. I highly recommend him. You will find his writings on many web sites if you do a search. His website is as follows: http://scottdavispc.com/content/prou...ona-and-nevada
I can wholeheartly endorse him.
Good luck.
Trudi

Default Thanks

Thanks for the comments and well wishes.

We met with Trudi's recommendation yesterday and feel we are in good hands. They feel I have a winnable case. The hurdle they will have is proving disability prior to my date last insured of 09/2010. When I operated my own business I did not pay into social security so that definitely hurt me.

Just FYI, being denied twice is fairly normal. Third time is usually the charm!!
Good luck to you...

A while back I needed to consult with an AZ atty on a different matter. We found one through this site and it worked out well. Read over their deal and decide if it's right for you.
