I just wanted to say that getting a dog as part of my recovery , has been the best for me. She keeps we walking, alert and smiling too. Im very fortunate to have her in my life.

Has anyone else had an animal to help rehab them, she is a great blessing.

We have a therapy dog that keeps us (mostly me) from being totally house/couch-bound.
