Unhappy Return of daytime diziness- just a few hours ago.

I got up too quickly from my seat. A few hours ago. Have been dizzy since. Almost fell, but landed in my chair.

Makes doing laundry up & down the stairs through a baby gate w/a slightly twisted ankle quite challenging.

Also, the weather & time changed recently. And I went off my whey protein. Maybe I should get more.

I'm trying to determine the cause-

Thanks.

Weather, specifically barometric pressure changes, have affected my feelings of dizziness over the course of my year long pcs. It is disconcerting but I try to remind myself that it will pass.

Sorry you are dealing with this, hope that it will be short lived!!

Thanks.

I'm trying to be very careful, but it is so hard not to bump into things right now to have multiple injuries going.

Lord willing it will pass soon-
