Default 2nd year

Hi all.

Today is my 2nd year anniversary since my concussion/ pcs onset.

I am so far from being healed but have to think of how I have improved over the last year.

I see minor improvements still, they are just so long coming.

Best wishes to everyone.

I completed about 2.5 years and still improving though still very very slow. I completely understand. Lots of ups and downs. As long as we see improvements that is a good sign. Yes it is a long journey.

It's so good that you can see improvement. My one-year anniversary was hard - I had so expected to be "better" by then! It's encouraging to hear that you are still making noticeable progress at year two.

My best wishes to you as you make even more progress in the coming year!
