Frown Hit my head

Well yesterday I bent down to get paperwork my cat pushed off the table. It was behind the table. I bent down to get it and I hit my head on the corner of the window sill...RIGHT in the same area I originally got hurt. My head hurts so I'm a little scared of spirling backwards. I need to be more careful!!! I have a bump today and was a little off balance. I slept twelve hours which is unlike me. I'm hoping the sleep was my bodies way of healing...GULP

I need a nerf helmet!!!

Ouch! Sorry to hear that you hit your head. I've been staying at my mom's in the kids room for a couple months now, and there is a bunk bed in there that I sleep on. The bunk bed is like...really hard metal or steel. Every time I go to sit or lay on the bed, I have to be careful not to hit my head on the top bunk because it's so low. Well, the other day I was in a hurry...I leaned down to grab something off the bed and when I came up I smacked the back of my head on the top bunk. Luckily it didn't cause any worsening of symptoms, that I noticed anyway.

Hope everything turns out alright.
