Default PCS - Visual damage - Post Trauma Vision Syndrome?

Anyone get diagnosed with "Post Trauma Vision Syndrome"? As part of my treatments to recover from PCS I went to see an eye doctor who was referred to me.

He said I had fairly significant damage with perception of colors entering my field of view and ability to focus on near objects that may cause headaches/discomfort or nausea.

I have never heard of it before but apparently there is a 7 week treatment program to re-stimulate (physio for eyes?). Did anyone else get this diagnosis and if so share their thoughts and experience?

Outside of that I find that I am getting better a bit with each day, this is my 8th week for myself now.

I am diagnosed with Post Trauma Vision Syndrome. This is my 7th month for the visual therapy (once a week). One thing I am sure about is my vision causing lots of problems and not really sure how much the therapy helps but we are trying different prism lenses, different vision training and making the brain to work.

It is sure worth a try and some had great success in it. Go for it. It may take a while to see the results so be patient.

Thanks for the info. I was prescribed 21 treatments of 3 times a week of syntonic phototherapy.

I don't perceive any differences in my eyes that I noticed so far post injury but it could explain my sensitivity to certain types of lights and PC monitors now...?

Thanks for the response and good luck with your vision therapy.
