Default Sacroiliac Pain

I saw a very old thread. But I was just today told the pain in my back is caused by this bone. I've had this for a lot of time now. But its getting
worse and worse.

My nurse practioneer in the Primary office. Has just prescribed at my
request when she suggested it Physical Therapy.

But I can't seem to find a lot of information on this.

Anyone know a lot about this, other than its very painful.

Hi Dmom, A lot about what, specifically? Is there any diagnosis? If you type sacroiliac into Google, a lot of associated criteria are offered that may be helpful; one is sacroiliac pain another is sacroiliac joint pain
There are a half dozen or more other suggested searches that may help you hone in.

The literature is replete with positive experiences from joint manipulation by a chiropractor or osteopath.

Youtube has lots of videos on stretches & maybe even fixes, or at least some relief from the sacroiliac pain/discomfort.
