Hi Ladies,
I thought I'd drop in and say Hi to everyone. I've been through a Merry-Go-Round of Major Depression and Medication adjustment plus pain medication adjustment but I think I'm beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Sorry I've not been on here and talkee lately. Nancy thanks for keeping in touch even when I wasn't always in touch. I'll try to do better about letter writing. You all are a good bunch and I'm hanging in there. Since spring and sunshine and flowers I've felt a ton better. I've lost quite a bit of weight doing Weight Watchers. I'm down from 245 to 198 so have lost a total of 47 lbs. Take care and I'll try not to be a stranger!! Love Lynn P.S. I hope you haven't forgotten me but in case you have I'm 55 year old diabetic with depression and chronic pain problems due to small fiber peripheral neuropathy. Much love to you all!!

Nice to hear from you Lynn. I remember you some so thanks for updating me with more. And congrats on the weight loss. It took me a whole year to lose 10 pounds but I'm going to start to do better starting today.
