Thumbs up Wow...

This is fascinating!

We have eagles up at our summer place now, we see them everyday. But
none nesting on our island that we know.

Thanks for posting this!

Boy do they have BIG feet! LOL

They do have big feet!

I haven't caught mama feeding them but have seen her cleaning the nest. I should be doing the same. *grin

Exclamation now...

She is feeding them right now!

They are so civilized about it... not like perching birds who scrabble and squawk.

She left that fish there all morning...I watched the flies on it move around.
Two of the chicks tried to eat it but failed.

There was also someone working the cam, and zooming in for details/close ups...

Now both Mom and Dad are on the nest together! This is really neat.

OMG they are so precious and how beautiful and strong are the parents. Breathtaking!

Thanks Alffe

It's going to be fun watching them grow. I read that when they are big enough, instead of being pushed out of the nest..the parents just don't return.
.
And I guess it works out fine.
