Grin Perfect Report

When I returned to the doctor today, I was totally free of nerve pain. I am still a bit tender from the procedure but that is dropping rapidly now. I'll see a psychologist then go to Louisville to meet the surgeon and then schedule the implant. I am so excited and never dreamed that the nerve pain could be eliminated. This will reduce the Fibro because the scs will interrupt the nerve pain/Fibro/nerve pain/Fibro cycle. Lots of other things aggravate the Fibro but the nerve pain really causes big flares.

The pain is returning now. Wow. I got spoiled fast and am realizing just how bad the neuropathy is. It had been slowly climbing for several years and then the last six months or so, I really tanked out. I would never have tried the scs if I hadn't reached the point of absolute desperation. I am glad I got there now as I would have continued biting the bullet. Dr. is pretty confident that he will be able to get me off the morphine if the final implant is as successful as the trial. Then, I will just need the hydrocodone prn for the Fibro. Many thanks for the support.
