Default massage therapy information

When I received this months "Massage Today" magazine, it dawned on me that some of the articles might be helpful to some here. This month there's one about craniosacral therapy by John Upledger,DO, OMM. Another article by Dale Alexander, PhD, LMT about chronic problems related to gallbladder dysfunction.

I hope it's OK to mention this here- if not, mods please let me know and I'll PM the information to anyone who's interested. There's alot of information at this site about different kinds of massage along with other healthcare information. The website is:

It's fine to post info links like that
- it's when they are used for recruiting to other forums or spam is when it's frown upon.
How's your foot doing?

It's about the same- I'm trying to get used to the idea of surgery AGAIN I have alot to get done around here before I'm laid up again. I was on crutches for 8 wks. the last time (lost count of how many times I fell...I'm so graceful ) so hopefully this will be a piece of cake compared to that. How about you- a nice black and blue foot?

it's quite a bit better after being off it during the nights, just a bit puffy and a small pink/purple mark.
If I step/twist or put pressure on from the side the ball of my foot will hurt- maybe not the toe so much as something near it in the foot that got the worst of it.

Were the tornadoes near your area?

Curious got a very messy yard from one of them.

No, there were no tornadoes around this area (unless I slept through them ) It didn't start to get bad around here until the early morning hours- alot of thunder and lightening. The news last night said that the worst of it would be north of us so maybe we dodged a bullet this time.
