Unhappy

I've had to use a combination of flexaril and percocet today. I think it's the weather too.

Head and shoulders are in a knot!

hang in there Kimmie,
Anne

think it's gotta be the weather making things worse! When is it gonna get warm? I have to say it's not all due to the weather for me though. I can't remember when I had a pain free day!

I know the last couple days for me have been bad. I can't turn my head and taking a shower is even painful. My head hurts so bad that even the wind blowing hurts! I have been trying everything from ice to heat to advil to tylenol to excedrin to lightly massaging. I don't know what to say other than I feel for both of ya cause I'm in the same boat but I can't take any pain meds. I am laying off the advil because the last week I was not feeling too well stomach wise. I tried excedrin back and body today and that did work. I could at least get myself up off the couch with it.

Let's all hope spring gets here real soon!

Ugh......the crappy weather is on it's way to the Boston area too.

Hi Dolfinz......long time no see. I hope you're doing okay (although, it's all relative with us CP/TOS'ers )
