Well, I am feeling much better today. I have finally figured out what my problem has been for the last 3 days.....a HUGE migraine! Low pressure systems cause my migraines to act up depending on how strong it is. So, now the center of the system is off shore and I feel much better. No more concrete head now!
Today I have to definitely do laundry....it will get too heavy for me to lift if I don't do it once a week. I also have an appointment for my trigger point shots today. It will be painful to do laundry after my appointment but with the marcaine still in the system, it shouldn't be too bad for me for a few hours. After the marcaine wears off.....its ouchie time!
Well, that is my day.....have a great day everyone.

I have been to my favorite store today and now going to lunch with a friend. I got the cutest doll today. I haven't don't antthing but put a dress on her tho. Here she is:

Hugs Wendy, I'll be glad when I can get help for my trigger pt stuff too. after July 1 I can finally get docs I need. Our insurance and medicare will take care of the bills for us. Been waiting a long time for that day!!

I am back down to 204. If only I could see 199 again at least I could say I weigh under 200.
Got a sore throat today and I am so glad to have something that normal people get! Gee, this is wonderfu,l I can go to the doc and it can be seen...whoooooopppppeeeee! So very tired of not knowing what is wrong with me since the wreck.

Hi gang, another windy day here. I am getting very tired of this wind. I was doing good walking on the treadmill and swimming but I have not been out there since we have had all of this wind. Oh well maybe tomorrow.

I am hooked on portabella mushroom sandwiches. I take portabella mushroom and add onions, red peppers, spinach avacodo, and a little feta cheese. They are so good and I also skip all dressing. Yum Yum.

So thats it for me...I hope everyone else is doing great...SUe

I'll take a sandwich like that. I love good o'le mushroons. We hunt them right about now, only not me. I went once this yr. and got none. To much walking if involved. I had spasms last night and tiin morn too. They were bad.

I have a sunburn girls. Got most of it yesterday. The sun was out some today only it clouded back up. We aren't suppose to get much rain.

Hi all,

Long day at jury duty for me today. Now have a migraine. But I have been released.

Gonna go plan my trip to Scottsdale. Bizi I took your suggestion and booked the Phoencian!! YAY, spa here I come.

Still managed to eat well at the bad jury cafeteria today...cheese burger noo bun and 2 veggies.

Gonna also go buy a new scale and see if it gives me a better answer.

oh shelly they have the nicest shower room with heated pebble stone lounges chairs and a euchaliptus shower...and serve you pinapple when waiting for you session in a robe...so lugerious! devine.go early to soak in the pampering!
