Hello all! I thought I would start Thursday off a little early (for me, Sue & other PST folks) so that I won't get busy in my day and never stop to log in to say hello. My memory has been so bad lately - I have taken to putting little sticky notes everywhere to remind me to do things. I have a blood test on Friday so I have a HUGE sign on my bathroom mirror reminding me not to eat before my appt. Hubby got a good laugh over the size of that note.

You all sound like you are surviving but with some headaches etc. going on. Maybe it's this crazy Spring weather - La Nina is here this year. Sue, it's supposed to be cold today - no swimming for us.

I will try to be a better member of this great group. I named today, "Thoughtful" because my idea is for all of us to try to be extra, special thoughtful of other's feelings today. Make someone feel special or important. Wink at the grocery bagger boy (just kidding) - you know what I mean :-)

You are all very important in my life, all of you are a part of who I am.

Well the reason I am up so early is an extremely painful acid reflux attack. I took an acid reducer and now I am just waiting for it to clear out the acid from my esophagas so I can lay back down and go to sleep again. That goes to show me to take meds sitting not quite upright in the middle of the night and not drink enough water....again.
I will probably be back later but I had to sit up and do something to kill time.

Gosh I hate an acid reflux attack. I take Nexium at dinnertime to avoid those symptoms but green or yellow bell peppers still get me. Hope you feel better, Wends.

The one that is helping with the cats house is coming soon, and I got tons of writting to do. They may come and mow the yard this afternoon too. I got many limbs to pick up, so may be a busy day.

I hope your all well and are having nice weather. The wind can be ruff here too, when it is cold. I don't know what kind of a day it is suppose to be here, but the sun isn't shining & not to warm yet. Maybe I won't get anymore sunburn on me today anyway. I need a break from that. Be back later.

Please tell your adult kids and have someone call the Dr you need to see. I can't stand you suffering like this. If you can get up here I'll call a specialist where I go, and see what is causing this. It's not to hard for me to get in and they are all specialist at this place in Indianapolis. You would need your records tho. It would be an Ortho doc. I CAN ALMOST PROMISE YOU I CAN GET YOU IN. This is pure nonsence the way you are treated. I am getting mad. I'm serious, but I don't think IT can wait till July, Anne.

PLEASE GET SOME HELP! I really care........ I will tell my pastor today, he is coming back afterwhile.

Thanks Billie, I deletedl my depressing post but still feel that way.
What I did was call hubby told him to not get worried cause the phone is off the hook. going to take some Lortab and get nice shower, got blinds closed doors olcked and will just lay down or try to, if the C-spine will let me? I going to take an afternoon off. Can't go anywhere so might take a rest here. Thanks for telling you're pastor and your prayers. Hugs my Sis, Anne

Hi guys,

I hate today. I have to work on a project and for some reason I am not smart enough and just keep proscrastinating. I just beat myself up.

Doing ok weight wise though, been good today although I feel fat today.

Oh Anne what is wrong? What hurts?

Wendy I hope that acid reflux is better now. You are right about taking pills with not enough water before bed.

Bizi - we are going to Scottsdale over Memorial Day weekend for 5 days. Might even plan a side trip to sedona.

Ok...back to work for me to try to be smart enough to write the presentation I have to write tonight

Thanks bizi...next time I won't do that. This time I was so morbid and woeful. I had a BIG I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE attack. My pain level has been so high and the not knowing what is wrong sent me into a attack too. I nearly lost it for a while there and still don't feel mentally strong right now. One thing though, is I didn"t EAT, this time I did not use food to solve my problem...I got up after sobbing with pain and confusion and got so very angry and the "ole fight seemed to come back into me" . Closed all the blinds, locked the doors, took the phone off the hook, helped myself to a valium & 3 hours later a lortab! Then I did stuff I shouldn't...I no longer cared what moving furniture would do! I did it anyway and it has caused more pain. LOL I believe I piched a tantrum! Honestly feel better after doing it. Cussed too! Don't usually do that...not bad words just a d--- $ a h---! Now I'm gonna take my ambien and hopefully sleep....maybe take another loratab i(f I have too). I am very careful about pain meds and loratab doesn't help much just cuts it a little. smashed Froggie
