Did you get a copy of the written report also?
What are your symptoms?

I see 2 dark spots in the bone area, one larger and one fairly small, I'm not sure what those might be though. For the rest I'm not familiar enough with looking at the images to suggest anything.

I tried to find a good image of a normal lumbar , but didn't have much luck.

I'll add MRI? to your title so others with more knowledge will be sure to see it.

I see DDD throughout the lumbar region, some small disc bulge possible annular fissure. I also see the anomaly in the bone at two levels, one being far more pronounced. I also see something I don't want to comment on as I don't want to panic you if I am wrong.

It looks like mine. Acctually just like mine and I been trying to find out what my MRI is telling me. Basically I found out that I have a bulging disc at my L4-5 and some other stuff I been trying to find. Mayby you might have a bulging disc as well.

I can take all the panic you can offer. Honest.

Sorry, but one selected (probably midsagittal) image from probably 20-30 or more images, including the rest of the sagittals and axials from both T1 and T2 weighted images is not diagnostic, at least in your case!

I agree! The axial images would provide more detail as to how badly those are bulged and or entrapping cord or nerve roots......
