Default Not dealing well with recovery from acdf--help

Terrible day...I know I'm still early into recovery, 14 weeks, but I'm feeling desperate. Pain is worse today than one week ago. Started wearing BGS this week. Any advise on the following is so appreciated:

1) Aside from the neck pain, my bicep area hurts...bad. My left arm was dead weight right after surgery, was able to finally touch my head around week 5, now it's more painful than before. Moving it wrong, stretching it too far is unbearable. I have to keep it close to my side and even then it throbs. It also hurts around the left side of my collar bone. Icing it seems to help.

2) I've had a swollen "patch" on the left side of my neck but today it's bigger. It's not painful to touch but feels and looks like fluid when you push on it. Has anyone else had this? It's on the opposite side of my incision.

I've made several post in the last few days and I can't tell you how much the info has helped. God bless each of you and I pray we'll all find the relief we need!:
