Confused Pins and needles

I live with pain everyday for 23yrs ever since I fractured my T7. Can that of caused my DDD and a lateral curve in my spine? Now I shooting pain down both arms and pins and needles in my ring and middle fingers. In my MRI some muscle area looks bright white is that just inflammation? I don't see the doctor until Friday.
Just looking for some answers Rhondaconfused:
