Morning all....
I am sure you didn't expect me to check in ths AM. Well Todd has lost his driver's license and it is needed to race, so until he gets his new one in the mail, he cannot race. So he will be off to a local garage to dyno his car. Basically it is to see how much horsepower the car will put out. Big whoop I know.
Someone asked yesterday about a picture of Todd racing...here is a picture...if I can do it right. Well there are three of him in the staging part of the track. The pictures are done by a company who is there every time to take pictures of all the cars and post them on their website. I am usually at this point in the stands watching. So enjoy!
I will be staying at home today watching movies that came in from Blockbuster.

Boy thats a bummer for TOdd. I hope he finds it.

Cool pics, thanks/ OK might be a stupid question but the car has license plates on it. Does he race it as well as drive it normally. All I know if NASCAR and those dont have license plates. May be stupid to ask

I just came in from painting. Five hours of it. I still have much to go. I worked this morning at this store like Goodwill. It was a slow morning. I am needing groceries so better go to the store before it closes. Have a good weekend.

oh I forgot to check in!
doing well so far since returning from my vacation...but I don't think that mud slides are on my "D".....
It was a beautiful day today in louisiana....
worked in the yard and mulched the flower beds.
This morning we saw a huge yellow shafted flicker
wood pecker...he was wonderful!
And right now I am sitting here (in pink I might add) ready to
go to the opera "barber of seville".
I am feeling very thankful for my life.

Getting another check in ..now that it is sunday.
WE went to the opera and found out that the main singers tonight were students and not the professionals!
So we asked if we could exchange our tickets for tomorrows performance and they agreed...so we were all dressed up and no where to go......
we ended up stopping at a restuarant that serves a really good microbrewed beer, a porter which is a dark beer....then watched the latest densal washington movie, Dejavu...pretty intense movie. He is such a good actor!
WEll I had better hit the hay...I am ramblin...
