...on the left side of my mouth?? Tuesday will officially be a week, and I am trying desperately to keep food out of the crater in the back of my wounded mouth. Dang...it's hard! You'd think with the experience I have after seizures having to avoid a whole side of my mouth when I eat, this wouldn't be so tough, but it really is!

Any thoughts on this?? I see him Tuesday for follow up. I hope I remember to ask, but if anyone has experience to pass on, I'd appreciate any knowledge you have.

don't most things heal in about 10 days or so?
you know like for stitches and such?
for some reason that sticks in my head- oh after my knee surgery- they want it closed/healed up fairly well before you start getting it fully wet on the bath or shower.

so I'm thinking 10 days as long as all is going well.
Actually the mouth might heal a bit faster than exterior skin.
But a hole is different that a stitched up cut.
now that I double talked about that LOL
