how can i get a neurologist to look at my mri report with out a doctors referral

Are you sure you need a referral? As a cost-cutting measure, many insurance companies are no longer requiring referrals. Check with yours.

Aside from that, call the neurologists on your list and ask if they'll look at your report without a referral.
