Morning all.
Well I overestimated myself yesterday thinking I could do laundry today after my radio frequency. I had a bad night and was very uncomfortable. I also forgot since they are playing with my nerve endings it bothers my anxiety issues. So no laundry today and just off to the psych nurse today to check on my meds. So I am taking it easy today and luckily it will be a short appointment later today. I hope everyone is having a better day than I am.

Oh wendy...
you need to just rest sweetie. Is it possible to just not do anything for a while..Iknow that gets very boring but your body needs time to adjust and heal itself. take it easy...I know easier said than done. ((((HUGS)))) bizi

Oh my...we're all feeling bad. I went to walmart to pick up just a few things and now my neck is hurting and making my usual daily head pain. I am wanting to just quit again...throw in the towell and crawl back under the bed! Move over Sue maybe we can share a corner instead, if I don't make any noise. Billie you and Wendy can join us if Sue would like company maybe we could feel better cause you know what they say..."misery likes company". I am miserable and company would be nice.
