Hi everyone,
Sorry I haven't updated in a while...still getting quite a bit of pain. Talked to both my massage therapist and doctor about the 'tearing' feeling...and they have assured me this is normal(ish?)...I am taking it one day at a time. Still going with physio. Vic - I didn't go back to where we both went...I saw what they did to you. They are just working on the scar and some range of motion stuff. My ins. approved physio so started that plan...had a major flare all weekend On top of that my ins is sending me for 4 appts with various specialists to determine what I am entitled to...gee I am not looking forward to that. if anyone has any advice please let me know. Still have to appeal my LTD denial...I feel worn out. Have not felt the same since surgery...I kinda forget who "I" am. Victoria...need to talk to you and get some advice on approaching our doc with help on the LTD denial... |
