It costs but i found the book helpful... You can get a downloaded version for 20 bucks... Well worth the investment to me.... It talks all about what TOS is, how its hard to be treated so on and so fourth.... I really liked it! Below is the link

Its more for a person newly dx. with TOS....Because i am sure the rest of you know whats up and why things are happen... Us newbies.... Need a little help... and it will help you understand things much better.... I really suggest it....
