At 7 weeks out my burning pain has mostly resolved, a little funny stuff still going on under the arm.
still- I think it depends a lot on how fired up your nervous system is.

Inflammation can really aggravate the arm symptoms, burning, and all other discomfort.

Heart

the worst of the burning pain stopped about 8 weeks out for me, but it was still way sensitive for about 6 months (rt) and 4 months (left). Rt gave me more problems post-op.

you are making good progress bev, hang in there and stay on the pain meds. I know it gets old by now, but you will suffer less and be off them soon enough. Use ice/heat as it feels good to you.

Glad you posted! you know not to over-do!
Anne
