Default Police pledge more arrests after siege

http://www.eveningnews24.co.uk/conte...A03%3A03%3A240

Police have today pledged further arrests and a tough crackdown on illegal raves across Norfolk after an event in Yarmouth led to a dramatic siege on the town's police station.

More than 100 people hurled beer cans, bottles, bricks and blocks of wood at officers and tried to storm the police station in the early hours of Sunday morning.

The angry confrontations were sparked after sound equipment destined for a rave on the town's Harfrey's industrial estate was seized.
