Hello

I am dealing with PN in both feet for several years. I am not a diabetic. My PN started after starting a statin therapy. Lately the pain is getting worse. I am trying various remedies but I have not found any viable solutions. I hope to exchange experiences and ideas in search for some relief from PN.

My repetitive strain injuries {RSI} worsened while I was taking a statin {Lipitor} - so I stopped it.
My symptoms began to resolve but I caN'T CREDIT ALL OF THAT TO THE STOPPING OF THE LIPITOR. {sorry hit caps by accident} I had also found some very good PT therapists and a excellent chiropractor at about the same time too.

I found some alternative cholesterol lowering supplements and took them for awhile but got out of the habit when we remodeled our kitchen. Everything got moved around.

But there are some theories out there -that high cholesterol isn't a definitive factor in future heart problems or not- so I'm going with that for now.

but I guess that doesn't answer your question about PN help...
Infra red light therapy
Cold laser or low level laser therapy
Electrical stimulation - Tens or INF stim I think they now have something called a neuro stim or something?
